Parents United of Mercer County provides individual, group and family therapy to adult incest offenders. Run under the auspicies of Catholic Charities Family Growth Program, there is also a separate treatment program for adolescents and children with sexual behavior problems.
Because sex abuse harms everyone in the family, counseling is also offered to non-offending parents, victims, siblings and close relatives.
All are served at Parents United and Catholic Charities regardless of ethnic, religious, or socioeconomic backgrounds, Referrals may be made by schools, courts, the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services, physicians, or by individuals themselves. Every effort is made to assist individuals and families regardless of their ability to pay. Sliding fee scales and insurance may apply.
